While I wholeheartedly disagree with President Biden's sanctions tactic since they “never deter” and I have to trust General Mark Milley's assessment that the Russian-Ukrainian invasion will “last years”.

I will not enter a state of duality in order to accommodate this. I will begrudgingly learn to coexist with Russia's atrocities. I feel heartless saying this.

I have to try to start listening again to my inner Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken and Thunder.

While I do not regularly listen to these songs or watch their respective music videos, the title of Pink's Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken and Imagine Dragons' Thunder lyrics and music video have carried me farther than I could have imagined.

On E Jean Carroll's 29 Years of Bad Sex post, I wrote,

‘ "I’m betting that every single last one of you has thumbed your nose at rules, strictures, edicts, laws—you name it, you broke it. Am I right?"

I failed obedience training the nano-second I was born - feet first! 😀 ‘

“I use my sleep as meditation so there is no "dust and cobwebs on your north star". It acts as a stress-buffer.”

When I feel stressed, I find running in the back of my mind the phrase, Wild Hearts Can't Be Broken, which sometimes calms me down. If I disconnect myself from this thought, I get upset and stressful. I hate feeling stressed on an individual level.

Due to other ongoing never-ending current events, Wild Hearts can down-shift for self-preservation. (Merrick Garland, seriously, not ponderously, investigate Donald Trump!)

Resourcefulness = Wild Heart = Interactive Creativity

Resourcefulness means that when I remember what I see myself doing from my own perspective I get excited and have more energy to complete a task.

Sequence becomes See-Quence which Exists

Think-Quence alone Causes Stress or Does Not Exist 😀

See-Quence inspires Interactive Creativity with the process I am trying to accomplish.

Seeing combined with Thinking creates an inner network which is more self reliant over time since I remember seeing what I did.

Angle-Quence is trying to interact with an object in several different ways to accomplish a task.

Since it is very important to me that I was born feet first 😀, I am going to talk about:

Feet-Quence = Thinking with my feet 😀

By thinking with my feet first while interacting with my sight, I understand what I have been trying to communicate to myself after reflection. I do not know how to otherwise explain this phenomenon. (In my next post, I will have a video demonstrating “Feet-Quence”.)

The Goal of using all these Quences is to learn what the process teaches you.

As a child, I had to learn how to handle objects with my hands or arms in different ways. I decided that crossing my arms to pick up the item and wrapping my arms around a bigger item (not in video) were the best ways to carry objects.

(Side Note: Here is why I cannot use my cell phone for my future TikTok videos. My video was shot horizontally and TikTok likes vertical videos. Eventually, I hope to use TikTok to promote my Substack.)
