Since the midterm polls have tightened, I am trying to understand why people would ever vote for a republican who would, if given the power to do so, end democracy as we know it.
This is a continuation of my past two public posts.

I define "fluid anger" as flexible, experience-able, and not chunky solid(s) so I can work with it. Allowing me to view it from different angles, it is grounds itself through understanding that the conditions which were present in your childhood cannot be re-created today. It also acts as a Fast Car for understanding the interconnectedness of today's world.
I define "nitpicky anger" as a chunky solid that grows over time since the person feeds his / her anger resulting in them never being satisfied with what it is trying to teach them.
I believe that "bottom up" anger tries to teach you since it repeatedly rises, within yourself, to the surface. To resolve this, you should try to introvertly connect the dots and act based on how you instinctively feel, without explanation to others. Living according to this principle makes life easier.
"External" anger is caused by not understanding the unresolved and compounding aftermath of the 2016 election and January 6. Also, the frightening reality that democracy is still on a knife's edge since voters may still vote for election deniers in November.
My internal fluid anger prevents my external anger from becoming nitpicky.
Caroline, thanks for expressing your thoughts about the different kinds of anger. They are definitely food for my own thoughts.
